(The distance included for "Free" does fluctuate to match our allotted fuel expense per event to match with current fuel prices, however when you book your event, this is locked in with the booking and will not change once booked. ie: fuel prices drop, we include more free miles, if they go up we must lower the amount of free mileage.)
